Client Overview:

Con­ti­nen­tal Tex­tiles was estab­lished in 1953 orig­i­nally pro­duc­ing silk scarves. Over the years the com­pany has grown into what has today become a lead­ing cre­ator and dis­trib­u­tor of fash­ion acces­sories, beach­wear and cloth­ing.

The Prob­lem:

  • Igni­tion Search was asked to help increase trade/wholesale enquiries for the client’s range of cloth­ing from the inter­net.
  • The client had lit­tle busi­ness enquiries com­ing from search engines gen­er­ally and wanted much more.
  • Due to inter­nal pol­icy, vis­i­tors to the site were not allowed to see the full cloth­ing lines avail­able from Con­ti­nen­tal Tex­tiles.

What We Did:

  • Our ini­tial task was to focus on clients key areas of busi­ness, con­struct­ing land­ing pages that allowed us to show prod­uct, with­out com­pro­mis­ing the clients need to pro­tect its full range.
  • Imple­mented con­ver­sion track­ing on key areas of the client web­site to mon­i­tor suc­cess and refine the cam­paign as needed.
  • Responded to the chang­ing sea­sons with new key tar­get­ing and ad copy.
  • Worked with the client exten­sively to build a solid ini­tial cam­paign plan of attack.

The Results:

In the first month of launch, the cam­paign achieved 144 con­ver­sions, going on to pro­duce some truly stun­ning suc­cesses:

  • Achieved over 1,200 con­ver­sions since launch with a cost per con­ver­sion of £2.92.
  • Achieved a cam­paign click through rate of over 9%.
  • Achieved a cam­paign con­ver­sion rate of 15.54%.
  • Deliv­ered well over 1,000 site con­ver­sions (and count­ing).
