Solutions

Targeting areas around the retailer’s showrooms, we created multiple local campaigns based on user searches and refined them over time to generate sample requests, store searches, call-back requests and live chats. Following UX best practices we introduced e-commerce optimisation focusing on people, not products, to drive efficiency and brand loyalty.

To increase footfall and monitor in-store visits, we implemented a new beta feature by Google. This allowed us to track in-store visits from PPC activity and optimise campaigns in line with online actions and physical store visits.
